Teachers and parents: use the email on your account, or your Datgrow-S ID — we send a 6-digit password reset code to the address on file. Students: enter the student Datgrow-S ID (not the parent email). The reset code is sent to the linked parent email registered in Datgrow-S — not to the student account. School and staff accounts receive a reset link by email. Check spam/junk if nothing arrives.
